Friendsgiving Invitation Ecard
An invite that's also the sign-up sheet. Everyone finds their name card, claims a dish, and when the last plate is spoken for, the candles light one by one.
- 01
Set the table
Add the date, the place, a name card for every guest, and a menu full of inside jokes.
- 02
Send one link
Drop it in the group chat. Each friend finds their seat and taps the dish they'll bring — no spreadsheet, no thread of 40 replies.
- 03
Watch the candles
When every dish is claimed, the candles light down the table and everyone sees: Thankful for my chosen family.
Guest names, time and place are visible to anyone with the link, so first names and a general location are best. Claims store only seat and dish.
Friendsgiving table questions
How does the Friendsgiving table work?
You set the date, the place, a name card for each guest and the menu. Share one link in the group chat: each friend taps their name card, then claims a dish, and claimed dishes turn from silhouettes into full-colour illustrations for everyone.
What if two friends tap the same dish at once?
Only one claim wins: the first one saved. The other friend sees that the dish was just taken and picks another. Each seat holds one dish, and anyone can swap theirs from the same device.
Who can see the guest list and the place?
Anyone with the link sees the names, time and place you write, so first names and a general location work best. We only store which seat claimed which dish: no emails, phone numbers or guest accounts.
Do my friends need an account to claim a dish?
No. Only the host signs in to publish. Guests open the link, find their seat and tap a dish. When every dish is claimed, the candles light up for everyone who opens the table.
